Pretty much every new card they release gets crazier and crazier. Aside from the obvious power creep as the game cycle goes on, it also shows how he just keeps pushing forward.
CR7 90+ OVR Player Cards Breakdown
FUTTIES Premium - 99 OVR
This is the new pink card dropped in the end-game stage of FC 26, and it's easily the strongest card tier in the game right now. It completely ignores all chemistry restrictions, and its stats are so broken that game balance goes straight out the window. With 4 PlayStyle+, he can tear through any backline and bury the ball in the back of the net with ease. His feel on the ball is top-tier too—as long as you don't mess up your inputs, he's a guaranteed goal machine. The only downside is probably how expensive he is to get, but hey, it's a literal peak god card.
Festival of Football / Path to Glory - 98 OVR
This card is a dynamic upgrade card released for the World Cup promo, and its base stats are already insanely juiced. Even though Portugal didn't make a deep run, it doesn't take away from how absolutely cracked this card is. The downside is the same as above—the cost to get him is sky-high, but at least you can just buy him off the market if you have enough Coins. If you want to grab him fast but your budget is tight, you can buy coins from us—totally safe and super affordable.
TOTS Roshn Saudi League - 96 OVR
With 3 PlayStyle+ and insane shooting stats, this card is a pure goal machine, and it's way easier to get your hands on compared to the top two cards. However, the drawback is pretty obvious—linking him for chemistry is a nightmare. Unless you're running same-league players like Otávio, Laporte, or Neymar, or you're willing to settle for much lower-tier teammates, it's going to be really tough to hit full 3-point chemistry.
Flashback - 92 OVR
This card throws it back to his early days at Real Madrid and Manchester United. The face stats might not look as crazy, but the stat distribution is amazing. They gave him plenty of skill moves, pace, and agility, making the in-game feel just as good as the higher-rated cards. The glaring weakness here is his physical presence—his strength is way too low, so you'll definitely need teammates to back him up and help carry the ball forward.
Centurions / Winter Wildcards - 91 OVR
This is the most budget-friendly card for the early-to-mid game, and it completely fixes the lack of pace on his standard gold card. If you're just starting out, this card is your best bet—cheap but packed with crazy in-game value. The downside is that he feels pretty clunky on the ball, so he's not great for dribbling or pulling off skill combos. He's almost unplayable in high-division meta gameplay.
How should I choose between these cards?
If you're on a budget and love a cross-and-header playstyle, go for the 96 TOTS. This card gives you massive value for your coins, and even if you can't get full chemistry, running him on 2 chem is still totally viable.
If you want pure, explosive attacking threat, go with the 92 Flashback—his pace and dribbling feel are the best out of all CR7 cards.
If you're looking for an absolute end-game squad builder, it's a no-brainer: go for the 98/99 versions. These are hands-down CR7's peak cards and sit right at the absolute ceiling of the entire game.
